Commercial Building in Montreal controlled by AI
Located in downtown Montreal, this 34-storey mixed-use building is one of the most prominent in the city. Built in the 1960s, this building consists mainly of offices, with a bank on the ground floor.
BrainBox AI was presented to the building owners as a means to reduce overhead costs, management time and effort spent on solving HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) operational problems while reducing their carbon footprint, without the need for considerable financial investment or change to the pre-existing HVAC system.
The tower introduced BrainBox AI to its operations in July 2019 and has had the opportunity to see spectacular cost savings on its gas and electricity bills since then.
